      We completely understand why some                 travelers would prefer standard AC

       (which is the norm in most Motels &                 Hotels in Flag), and of course we want our         guests to be comfortable, so the Du Beau           might not be a good fit if AC is a high               priority for you.

• A note about Flagstaff weather...           At an altitude of nearly 7000 ft, over the course of the year the temperature          typically varies from 19° - 81°F and is      rarely below 4°F or above 88°F.  Most          homes and many businesses do not          have AC up here on the mountain, as generally there are only 3-4 weeks per  year when it is especially warm (usually in June before the monsoons start). Also, humidity is usually low and            temperatures can vary greatly dropping   up to 30 degrees overnight so, be sure to wear layers if you plan to walk around the downtown area in the evening hours.
